HOOSICK TOWNSHIP HISTORICAL SOCIETY

The Hoosick Township Historical Society celebrates the heritage of a town rich with historical significance tracing back to the colonial era. It is our mission to explore, preserve, and share the history and artifacts that commemorate the town of Hoosick and celebrate its role in the growth and development of the region. Through the work of the Louis Miller Museum, our public events, our genealogy resources, and special projects, we connect the community with our shared past.

The Louis Miller Museum, located at 166 Main Street in Hoosick Falls, offers a fascinating glimpse into the history of Hoosick, a region that has played host to exploration, revolution, and industry. Our museum serves local residents who are interested in the history of their town, but also offers many items in our collection of more global interest.
