HFCS Choir to Sing at Carnegie Hall

25 students of the Hoosick Falls Senior Choir have the honor of being part of "An American Christmas Carol" at Carnegie Hall on December 2, 2010.

This concert, directed by renowned composer Tim Janis, will feature a 200 voice choir, a 94 piece orchestra with special guests Donald Braswell, Sarah Darling, Jackie Evancho and Jim Cole. Only two high schools were chosen, most of the 200 voices are adult choirs. HFCS was chosen after working with Mr. Janis on "Celebrate America",which was aired on P.B. S. in March.

Discount tickets are available for purchase from Ms. Yudkoff until Sept. 30th. Coach transportation is being offered for $26.00 round trip for the day. Spend a day enjoying the winter wonderland of NYC and end the day supporting the students of HFCS at this fabulous concert.
