Why not become a Girl Scout -- as a scout or adult volunteer?

Who can join? Girls who will be in grades K12 in fall 2011, who want to be a part of an organization dedicated solely to girls, where, in an accepting and nurturing environment, build character and skills for success in the real world. In partnership with committed adult volunteers, you develop qualities that will serve you all your lives, like leadership, strong values, social conscience, and conviction about your own potential and self-worth.

Who can become an adult volunteer? Whether you have girls in the program or not, you can be a strong role model for young women today. Our volunteers are parents, grandparents, guardians, former scouts, teachers, college students, retirees, professionals, community members, church members, neighbors!

If you are new to scouting and want to learn more, look for an interest flyer to come home from school with your daughter or contact GirlScoutsHoosick@gmail.com or 518-686-4886. If you are a returning scout, please contact your leader about getting re-registered.
