Senior Van Transportation
Hoosick Falls Senior Center is now offering Monday through Friday van transportation to any Hoosick-area seniors (60+) who would like to come to the center. Pickup times vary depending on location, starting at 9 am and leaving at approximately 2:30 pm. Reservations are required, and can be made by calling 518-686-7561 or signing up at the center.
2025 Hoosick Senior Trips
Saturday, April 12th – Schenectady
Empire State Aeroscience Museum, Rivers Casino, lunch at United Buffet Chinese restaurant, and Bank Job play at Latham Curtain Call Theater. Bus leaves Tops Market in Hoosick Falls at 7:30 am, returns at 5 pm. $80, due April 1st. Call Hoosick Falls Senior Center at 518-686-7561 by March 26th to sign up. A minimum of 40 people must sign up or the trip is canceled.
Thursday, June 19th – Hudson River Valley
Franklin D. Roosevelt Mansion & Library, Mid-Hudson Buffet lunch, Hudson River Cruise on Rip Van Winkle II, and Cone-E Island Ice Cream. Bus leaves Tops Market in Hoosick Falls at 7:30 am, returns at 6:30 pm. $65, due June 10th. Call Hoosick Falls Senior Center at 518-686-7561 by June 1st to sign up. A minimum of 40 people must sign up or the trip is canceled.
Wednesday, October 15th – Fall Foliage
Breakfast stop, two hours & $25 free play at Resorts World Casino, buffet luncheon, “Oh What A Night” concert featuring music of the Bee Gees, Beatles, Beach Boys, and Motown, and Golden Harvest Farms for cider & donuts. Bus leaves Tops Market in Hoosick Falls at 7:30 am, returns at 6:30 pm. $75, due September 27th. Call Hoosick Falls Senior Center at 518-686-7561 by September 20th to sign up. A minimum of 40 people must sign up or the trip is canceled.
