Hoosac School

Hoosac School, founded in 1889, is a co-educational, college preparatory school covering grades 8-12. At Hoosac students receive individual attention with a 5:1 student/teacher ratio. The curriculum includes AP courses and an ESL program. Student facilities include a technology lab, athletic center, observatory, and arts center.

Hoosick Falls Central School

Hoosick Falls Central District is a public school serving 666 students in K-6 and 594 students in grades 7-12. The district is proud of its tradition of providing students with the academics and social skills needed to be successful participants in today’s global society.

SCHOOL PICS


 

The Tibbits Mansion (Hall), on Hoosac School's campus, was built in 1860 by George Mortimer Tibbits. The mansion was home to the Tibbits family until 1941, when it was deeded to the Hoosac School. It was certified to National Register of Historic Places on May 22, 1978.
